Terms and Conditions – 222ok Platform Rules

By accessing, registering on or using the 222ok platform in any capacity, you enter into a binding agreement with 222ok and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all use of the 222ok website, mobile-optimised site and any associated applications or services. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 222ok.

Registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager each independently constitute acceptance of these terms. You confirm that you are acting for your own account and not on behalf of a third party.

To register and use a 222ok account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering for yourself and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an active or previously closed 222ok account.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and keep that information up to date.
• You must not be prohibited from using online gaming services under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the 222ok platform. If it is found that a player holds or has held more than one account – whether currently active or previously closed – all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances, pending withdrawals or bonus credits associated with those accounts may be voided at 222ok's discretion.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. 222ok will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials private. You should notify 222ok support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

222ok reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This includes but is not limited to a copy of a valid government-issued identity document, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail verification may be suspended pending document review.

All transactions on the 222ok platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard and supported mobile wallets.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect in your account balance depending on your bank's processing times. 222ok does not charge a fee for deposits via wallet methods, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same account, or to a verified account in your name.
• Any active bonus balance must be either forfeited or fully wagered through before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is up to three business days. VIP Gold tier and above benefit from priority processing.

222ok reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. If a withdrawal is placed on hold pending verification, the support team will contact you with instructions. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being declined.

222ok offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion on the Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

The following general bonus terms apply across all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion details.
• Time limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the offer. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rates for each game category are listed in the promotion terms.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or wager. Bets placed above this limit during a bonus period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

222ok reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside of the wagering context for which they were issued.

Any attempt to abuse or manipulate promotional offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once – will result in bonus voidance, account suspension and recovery of any associated winnings.

All bets placed on the 222ok sports betting section are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. For cricket – including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and bilateral series – as well as football and esports markets, the applicable sport rules are published in the betting section of the platform.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change up to the point at which the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the odds are locked and the bet stands at those terms.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• 222ok reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single event or accumulator bet.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being published, 222ok reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and settle at the correct price, or refund the stake at its discretion.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets already confirmed prior to suspension will stand unless the event itself is abandoned or voided under the applicable sport rules.
• For casino games and slots, the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The 222ok VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite. VIP points are earned on every real-money wager placed across all products – slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo and platform games.

VIP tier benefits include:

• Bronze: Standard platform access and bonus eligibility.
• Silver: PKR cashback on net losses, enhanced bonus offers.
• Gold: Higher cashback rate, priority withdrawal processing, improved deposit limits.
• Platinum: Dedicated account manager, higher cashback, bespoke promotions, faster withdrawal processing.
• Elite: Maximum cashback rate, near-instant withdrawal priority, exclusive promotions, highest deposit and withdrawal limits.

VIP points and tier status are calculated on a rolling basis. Failure to maintain the required wagering activity within a given review period may result in tier demotion. The review period and point requirements for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of your account.

VIP benefits, cashback rates and tier thresholds are subject to change at 222ok's discretion. Changes to the VIP programme will be communicated to affected players in advance where reasonably practicable.

222ok is committed to providing a safe, controlled entertainment environment. Online gaming should be enjoyable. If it starts to feel like an obligation or a source of stress rather than entertainment, the tools below are available in every account at all times.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts at set intervals to remind you how long you have been playing in a single session.

222ok reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Attempting to abuse or manipulate any promotional offer or the VIP programme.
• Any activity that 222ok reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, including chargebacks, reversed payments or use of stolen payment methods.
• Threatening, abusive or harassing behaviour directed at support staff or other users.
• Any activity that breaches these Terms and Conditions.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be voided. Real-money balances arising from legitimate deposits will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. A cooling-off period or self-exclusion option is available as an alternative to full closure.

222ok collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which should be read alongside these terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Nothing in these terms limits 222ok's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

222ok reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material – meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations – active players will be notified before the changes take effect, either via email or an in-platform notification.

Minor clarifications or administrative updates may be made without advance notice. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were most recently revised.

Continued use of the 222ok platform following the effective date of any updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
